Grace Bay Club

Fantastic hotel, outstanding location on Grace bay beach, very nice staff , liked the personal concierge, the services on the beach , the Infiniti restaurant ...everything !

The breakfast was included with our villa. They had everything you could want for breakfast. A big variety of breads, salads, fruits, eggs, meats, yogurts, cereals. We could order eggs Benedict and omelets. The coffee was good and service was pleasant. The room cleaners were quick and thorough. They were able to keep up with the sand we tried to avoid bringing in to the villa. the kitchen was clean and we had bottled water stocked in the refrigerator. Although no one got ill from drinking the tap water. The concierge team brought a couple of bottles of wine and cheese trays to help me celebrate my retirement. It was a nice surprise and very thoughtful. We didn't have to make too many requests and when we did it was taken care of promptly.

My wife and I are definitely returning to Grace Bay Club for future vacations. As for the staff they were very welcoming and treated us just the way we would want to be treated, special thanks to Patrick and Fredna who payed special emphasis on everything that we requested and did they're job as professionals.

this is our second trip to GBC… The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous I cannot say enough about the staff!! Shout out to Ramsey and Tiffany who were so accommodating! we were there celebrating my birthday and our 30th anniversary. We had a fabulous villa suite with perfect views. The crew at the estate pool and beach were outstanding! Anything we wanted from beach set up to lunch , drinks , water & ice ,extra chairs ,towels they were right there! Big shout out to Armado , Moses, Helen ,Pauline ,JImmy, Melissa , Natasha!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Definitely make reservations at infinity , you will have the most incredible dinner and the view is spectacular… Shout out to Olga , she made my birthday dinner so special! it is centrally located to walk into town and a short taxi to other restaurants near GBC looking forward to our next trip , cannot come soon enough… Thanks GBC for the memories☀️

We had a personal Concierge Fredna she was super she was there whenever we needed her. Even she found a doctor for me when I got ill. I believe she was the best I ever met and I travel extensively in Caribbean, in Europe like Italy, France and Far east.
